Substitution Policy

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Delivery Policy

Customers are strongly encouraged to place orders in advance to facilitate delivery within a requested timeframe. While we strive to accommodate all specified delivery times, we do not guarantee delivery at an exact time. Delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, operational delays, or vehicle malfunctions.

In the event that the recipient is unavailable at the delivery location, the order will be left at the premises in a location deemed reasonably secure and discreet by the delivery personnel. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that we shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the order once delivery has been completed.

Any request for redelivery or modification of delivery instructions after the order has been fulfilled shall be subject to an additional delivery fee. The customer agrees to assume full responsibility for any such additional charges.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
